LIV AND LET LIVE

This morning I had a moment. I felt attacked when someone said something to me that struck a nerve. I snapped back something sassy and unnecessary of course. I shouldn't have. I need to remember it's their opinion and none of my business. I know the truth in the moment and I need to be centered in that knowledge and not let someone else's comment sway me.

I went to the gym and worked through my issue. I came home to do a little marching and buzzing and while working things out a thought came to me. LIV AND LET LIVE.

The first LIV represents to me the journey I am on now that I started 2 years ago with products, trainings and classes through Liv International. The people that have come in and out of my life. The ups and many downs.The trials and tribulations, getting to the top of the mountain both physically and spiritually! The person I once was and the person I now am, Loving them both equally. Knowing me and the potential that I have and continually learning and growing. Pushing my limits and meeting my goals. I choose to LIV. The next part is for me to remember that there are people who just LIVE. They are not on this journey with me. They may choose to join or not. I need to keep in mind that it's a CHOICE that I made and maybe it's not the choice they want to choose and that's okay. So my new personal mantra is to LIV AND LET LIVE. I know we've all heard it before and now you know what it means to me personally when I say it. ;)

Nerves

It's time to jump in and LIV.

I have been super excited to film my weight release testimonial video for Liv International all week and now that it's the night before, my nerves are kicking in!! I went shopping today with my friend Jazzy and we were able to find 3 really cute dresses after trying on every size 8 that struck our fancy. (HOLY COW, FREAK OUT MOMENT.... I WEAR A SIZE 8!!!!) After asking a few of my close friends we have narrowed it down to a fun, sassy, and very flattering little frock ;) I'm thinking straight hair. This really is going to be fun and I just need to settle down yo!! I think it's time to dance!

Alrighty...
    I have to admit that lately I have been a little more obsessed with babies than usual. I have always loved them and little kids but lately I seem to see every single one and it's like I get lost! I just want to hold the baby or play with the kids! Fortunately I am surrounded! Just look at all  of my cute nieces and nephews!  I think that this feeling inside of me is bursting from excitement for the new addition, my sister Allyse is due at the end of this month and I am craving holding little Stephen James LaRue! Either way I am noticing ALL children of every age more than I ever have!!
